Dad and I are working on the Beckner Family History and family tree. Over the next few days he will be calling some of you and mailing or emailing a form to you asking for information that we don't have. We would like to have the tree completed in time for this year's reunion. Please provide as much information about your "branch of the tree" as possible. The family tree and history will NOT be posted anywhere online. Our tree will not be complete without your help.

Tommy welcomed everyone to the reunion. Someone from each table stood and introduced those sitting at their table. Paul prayed before the meal. Everyone enjoyed a lot of good food. A short business meeting was held and Joyce Beckner gave a report on the cemetery.

David Beckner led us in the singing of the West Virginia Hills.
Personalized 2008 Beckner Reunion notepads and word puzzles were handed out to everyone in attendance. Those completing the word puzzles first were Steve Bona, Jamie Parks and Will Brethauer.
Several people donated items for an auction to raise money for the reunion and cemetery. Lincoln Beckner did a great job as our auctioneer. The group picture was taken and ice cream was served. It was nice to see everyone at this year's reunion. We hope that everyone had a great time and will come back again next year!
